WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Drive requirement-gatheringsessions focused on object mappinganddata transformationfor the implementation of the Eightfold Talent IntelligenceAI Platform (eightfold.ai)

Manage implementation ofdataintegration solutionsusing JSON, XML,ETL, andPython

Be the customer’s trusted advisor onalltechnicalaspects and recommendbest practicesto meet objectives

Collaborate with the talentedFunctionalteam to determine the feasibility of requirements

Coachtechnical team through multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance

Build relationshipswith partner technical resources

Look for continuous improvementopportunitiesand ensure sustainable/scalable data integration practices

WHAT YOU BRING

Solid experience inSoftware implementation cycles, data schemes, and ETL Processes

Experience in Object-oriented programming languages - preferably Python

Experience in Front-End Development, such as CSS,Javascript, HTML, JSON

Experience in APIcommunication protocols, such as REST, SOAP, and Webservices

Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively

Experience with cloud-based solutions/SaaS preferred

Exposure toATS/HRIS such asTaleo, iCIMS, Workday,SAPSuccessFactors,and/or Oracle, is a plus

Initiativeto take on toughtaskswith a sense of urgencyand engagement

Agilityto actively seeknew ways to grow and be challenged
