What will you do?
Lead and manage a consulting team
Directly manage, coach, and support two direct reports, fostering a culture of professional growth and high-quality output
Provide leadership and strategic oversight for the marketing consulting team, ensuring alignment with broader wealth management goals
Guide your team in navigating complex requests and maintaining brand standards across all advisor touchpoints
Act as a marketing consultant
Serve as the primary marketing partner for our top 400 advisors, helping them clarify business goals and turn them into actionable, premium marketing plans
Conduct one-on-one consultations to identify growth opportunities and recommend sophisticated strategies that resonate with high-net-worth clients
Build trusted relationships across our national salesforce, understanding the unique dynamics of each advisor team and branch
Project manage creative requests
Manage the intake, scoping, and delivery of creative marketing collateral in partnership with our designers, copywriters, and content specialists
Review materials for brand alignment, messaging accuracy, and best practices
Ensure timely, high-quality execution of brochures, social content, landing pages, and website updates
Travel as a marketing expert
Represent our marketing team at branch visits across Canada, delivering presentations and consultations on how marketing can accelerate business development
Provide in-person guidance on digital tools, branding, and campaign opportunities
Gather insights from the field to help evolve our offering and shape future marketing solutions
Drive innovation and improve efficiencies
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or unmet advisor needs and work with the Marketing team to design scalable tools and resources
Stay current on industry trends, digital best practices, and evolving marketing technology
Champion creative thinking within brand and regulatory constraints
What do you need to succeed?
Must have
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in a consulting or agency-side role
A strong interest in leadership with prior experience (or high potential) in people management
Flexibility and desire to travel across Canada
Skilled in project management; exemplary organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
Strong client management skills, with the ability to build relationships, understand needs, and deliver tailored support
Business-minded with a passion for digital marketing and make a concerted effort to stay abreast of developments in our industry
Natural problem solver who can "think on their feet" and navigate a complex, regulated environment
Nice to have
Broad knowledge of financial markets with some familiarity with wealth management
Fluent in French (reading, writing, conversation)

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$67,000.00 - $110,000.00
