Respond to client, carrier and colleague inquiries Answer incoming calls and welcome clients who visit our office Prepare and process new business, renewals, and endorsements Review underwriting information for accuracy and optimal insurance solutions Process client payments and assist with billing inquiries Advocate on the client's behalf with Insurance companies Cross sell and up-sell to existing clients Take new claims reports and submit to the insurance carrier Follow up on client accounts to ensure outstanding issues and activities are resolved Help create a customer-centric mindset and culture while enjoying our teamwork environment Qualifications:

2 or more years’ experience Personal Lines; Excellent communication & organizational skills; Experience with Power Broker, Applied, Company Portals.
