Wexxar is seeking an Aftermarket Director passionate about customer service, driven by process improvement, and energized by interacting with people. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership with accountability for aftermarket parts and services. You will lead a team of parts specialists, service technicians, and customer service representatives to deliver exceptional responsiveness, reliability, and value to our customers. In addition, you will create and operationalize the overall aftermarket strategy. Your strategy will bring best practices to life, ultimately growing aftermarket revenue and margin, but also delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute a comprehensive aftermarket growth strategy across parts, service, and technical support aligned with company objectives.

Own the full Aftermarket P&L, including annual budget, staffing plan, and pricing strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.

Drive customer retention and recurring revenue through preventive maintenance, rebuilds, upgrades, and lifecycle programs.

Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.

Operations & Customer Experience

Oversee quotation and order management, and RMA for accuracy and timeliness.

Establish and monitor KPIs and best practices for customer care, service scheduling, and fulfillment to deliver a consistent, world‑class experience.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Marketing to resolve recurring issues, address obsolescence, and drive design improvements.

Champion Lean practices and continuous improvement to enhance productivity, responsiveness, and cost performance.

Drive ERP and CRM integration to streamline processes, enable visibility, and support data‑driven decision‑making.

Support Field Acceptance Test (FAT) in collaboration with Engineering and Production.

Leadership & Team Development

Build, mentor, and empower a high‑performing team that exemplifies safety, professionalism, accountability, and customer focus.

Foster a proactive service‑oriented culture.

Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the Aftermarket segments.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in Aftermarket, Service, or Commercial roles.

3+ years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical equipment, parts manufacturing, and service delivery models.

Excellent leadership, communication, and influence skills across functions with strong customer presence and poise.

Proven success in driving revenue growth and improving margins in a service business.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change, build customer trust, and implement process improvements.

Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Syteline, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.

Willingness to travel as needed, up to 10%.

Experience in automated industrial equipment or packaging machinery strongly preferred.

Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.

Commercial mindset with solid pricing and financial acumen.

Collaborative leader who develops talent and drives accountability.

Customer‑focused with a bias for results and operational excellence.

Base Salary Range: CAD $140,000 – CAD $170,000
