PRODUCTION MANAGER

Manage daily operations related to metal production process

Monitor and analyze costs and production rates

Maintain production records and logging of daily production

Support the evaluation and selection of new equipment

Oversee safety and security regulations

Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment and machines

Train and supervise production staff

Identify areas of improvement and ensure corrective action is taken where necessary

Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful production completion

Develop and implement strategies to maximize production efficiency

Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety

Co-ordinate with fitter and supervisor for job instruction.
