HR Executive

Baka Pozd Business Consultancy is looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to join our team in

Toronto . This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can manage core human resource functions while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture within a dynamic consultancy environment. Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements. Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs. Support performance management and appraisal processes. Handle employee relations issues professionally and confidentially. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations. Manage payroll coordination, leave records, and attendance tracking. Organize employee engagement activities and training programs. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of proven HR experience. Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations. Familiarity with Canadian labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems. Skills & Competencies
