We are seeking to fill an URGENT position with our Actuarial team. We are seeking a CPA-designated accountant with strong IFRS17 experience.

We are seeking a CPA-designated accountant to provide services for insurance companies, with a focus on finance transformation and IFRS 17 managed services. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements across financial, management, and regulatory reporting, strengthen controls, and support the production and enhancement of IFRS 17 reporting and operations. Knowledge of Moody’s Risk Integrity or similar IFRS 17 engines is an asset.

Deliverables: Lead and execute finance transformation initiatives to streamline close and reporting cycles, standardize processes, and enhance internal controls and data quality. Design, document, and implement process improvements for financial statements, management reporting (MI/KPIs), and regulatory reporting to local insurance regulators. Support IFRS 17 managed services across the full production cycle: data ingestion, model runs, accounting policy application, postings to subledger/GL, disclosures, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Partner with actuarial teams to ensure accurate and timely IFRS 17 results. Manage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications; escalate risks and drive issue resolution.
