What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Define and execute the UI platform and merchant tooling strategy in collaboration with engineering, design, and product teams

Promote the adoption of frontend frameworks and design systems to enhance development speed and consistency

Deliver high‑impact, customer‑facing tools that scale globally, including onboarding and growth flows

Integrate AI‑native capabilities into merchant experiences to enhance efficiency and decision‑making

Champion customer‑centric approaches through research and data‑driven iterations

What is Required (Qualifications)

5‑8+ years of product management experience in frontend platforms or customer tools at a high‑scale SaaS company

Proven track record in building and delivering core frontend frameworks and tools

Experience driving adoption of new tools or product experiences across engineering and customer teams

Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) and UX architecture best practices

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Success in integrating AI tools into enterprise applications with measurable outcomes

Experience with customer platforms for both mid‑market and enterprise segments
