What You’ll Do Integrated Store Support is a dynamic team established to collaboratively support the integration of Technology, Merchandising and Business initiatives into retail ready programs which can be successfully executed at the Store level. Our dynamic team works in an agile environment to align the needs of the Business with the capabilities and needs of Stores.

The Senior Consultant, Retail Integration serves as the primary liaison between Corporate Teams, Retail Operations and Dealer Communications. Supporting In-Store Technology and Merchandising, you will be the gatekeeper of corporate initiatives and in-Store execution. You will be responsible for building and fostering relationships to improve our collective performance, positively impact the customer experience and drive network performance overall sales growth.

In Addition, You Will

Be a Subject Matter Expert for in-store technology systems and merchandising processes that advocates Store processes, Store communications and Store Operations to the Corporation.

Build strategic working relationships and partner cross functionally with business units to consult, guide and shape strategies and priorities to improve Store execution of programs and initiatives.

Ability to create compelling presentations using strong presentation skills that can engage stakeholders at various level of the organization, including supporting Dealer Working Group discussions.

Determine appropriate level of support for business units ensuring capacity, resources and planning are managed effectively to deliver ‘Retail Ready’ programs to the Stores.

Identify and make recommendations to improve existing programs, communications, and related processes to improve store execution and adoption.

Support our business units in developing the appropriate content and direction for Store facing communications in conjunction with the Dealer Communications Team.

Integration and understanding of business priorities to drive results at Stores.

Build strong and credible relationships with field teams to help drive corporate initiatives at Stores functional level.

What You Bring

Strong business acumen including an understanding of store business processes/store operations and in-store technologies is critical for success.

Demonstrated ability to identify and escalate risks.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a constantly changing environment.

Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills for various audiences.

Minimum 5 – 7 years retail experience (preferably with Canadian Tire).

University degree or equivalent.

Agile and innovative individual who can manage in a fast‑paced environment of change and ambiguity.

Highly organized and adept at prioritization – Recognize and keep track of all the moving pieces in projects, adjusting to new information, goals, and conflicting priorities.

Creative thinkers who can contribute to innovative solutions to projects/programs.

Approaches problems with curiosity and generates creative solutions.

Seeks alternative points of view and takes appropriate risks.

Ability to problem solve and prioritize strategic initiatives to meet business objectives while focusing on flawless execution at Stores.

Collaborative team players with superior influencing skills, who build relationships easily across various stakeholder groups to drive initiatives forward.

Critical thinking skills and the ability to strategize sustainable solutions for Stores.

Superior communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to tailor your message to various audiences across the organization.

Ability to work productively with little supervision.

Excellent time management skills to manage multiple priorities.

Salary Our typical hiring range is between $64,000.00 and $106,000.00 per annum. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job‑related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role‑specific requirements.
