Qualifications

Experience with business stakeholder management and status reporting at internal Manager, Director and Executive levels

Experience leading Identity Access Management (IAM) modernization initiatives, using technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID & Oracle IAM

10+ years of experience managing at a program/portfolio level, including release prioritization and planning for multiple applications, and infrastructure and resource planning to ensure all these applications will be released as needed

Experience creating roadmaps aligned with business strategic direction and goals

Experience introducing best practices, templates, SharePoint management sites for software development projects

Experience tracking project finances and burn rates, as well as resource allocation.

Experience defining KPIs and supporting design of required reports to measure the business performance

Experience working on projects within a multi-client/partner environment.

Demonstrated experience facilitating the resolution of I&IT and Business issues.

Demonstrated experience with JAD facilitation, interpret business needs to technical requirements, project meetings for reviews, meeting minute creation.
