Commercial Sales Executive

We’re looking for a driven, organized, and charismatic Commercial Sales Executive to grow and manage commercial accounts across our territories. This is a high-impact role with a base salary and strong commission structure for someone who wants ownership, autonomy, and real earning potential. Who This Role Is For:

Self-motivated, confident, and relentless in follow-up Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts Comfortable opening doors, building relationships, and asking for the business Charismatic, professional, and respected on job sites Hungry to perform and be rewarded for it Sales experience is an asset - but not mandatory. Drive, discipline, and people skills matter more than a resume. What You’ll Be Doing:

Developing and managing commercial contractor accounts Promoting our full product range: paint & coatings, tools, and supplies Actively prospecting and growing new business Working closely with store managers and staff to support customers Representing Hue & Hammer professionally in the field and on job sites Owning your territory and results What We Offer:
