We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst (Sr BA) to join our Digital, Banking & Payments team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique needs of credit unions and can translate business goals into effective, member focused technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Lead and mentor Business Analysts, supporting clarity, alignment, and delivery across initiatives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements.

Translate business needs into functional solutions that support digital banking, payments, and operational efficiency.

Support project planning, analysis, testing activities, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams, ensuring smooth delivery and clear communication.

Maintain strong knowledge of digital banking systems and emerging payment technologies.

Essential Qualifications

8‑10 years of Business Analysis experience, including experience in a credit union or financial services environment (required). Post‑secondary degree or Business Analysis certification.

Experience leading analysis on complex, cross‑functional initiatives.

Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and data analysis.

Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.

Ability to work independently, solve problems, and guide others.

Advanced technical and digital literacy.

Note: This is a remote position however the successful candidate must reside in Manitoba.

Employee Sub-Type Regular

Starting Salary $82,687.00
