Key Responsibilities:

Plans and organizes daily routine: owner follow-up, prospective customers, confirmation of outstanding delivery dates and times

Maintains current product knowledge, benefits and features for comprehensive sales presentations

Adheres to company delivery procedures to ensure delivery of vehicle and positive customer experience

Conducts sales demos and walk‑around videos for any internet leads

Follows up on Leads, follows up with referrals daily

Maintains files on all sold and prospective customers

Maintains a working knowledge of all products for sale

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a sales environment

with a proven ability to build rapport and close deals

Outstanding communication skills

and the ability to actively listen to customers to truly understand and meet their needs

A

positive, team-oriented mindset —you're someone who contributes to a fun and supportive atmosphere, even in a fast-paced, ever-changing market

Strong computer skills , including experience with Google Workspace and Monday.com; familiarity with dealership management software is a definite asset

A

valid driver’s license

and willingness to provide a clean Driver’s Abstract
