What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Identify strategies and recommend approaches to meet client requirements while managing risks

Collaborate with functional teams and vendors to ensure successful configuration and testing

Maintain communication with clients and project teams, providing updates on project progress

Develop deep expertise in Workday Payroll functionalities and related systems

Mentor fellow consultants and analysts, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 2 years of Workday experience in implementation or post-production support

Proven experience in gathering requirements, designing, testing, and deploying solutions

Subject Matter Expertise in Payroll

Strong communication skills for effectively managing client expectations

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Current Workday certification in Workday Payroll or prior Workday experience in Payroll

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Professional (FPP) Certification

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
