Senior Offensive Security Engineer

We are seeking an Offensive Security Engineer to lead penetration testing and offensive security efforts across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and experience presenting risk to both technical teams and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced penetration testing of applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments

Lead offensive security assessments in Microsoft Azure

Identify, exploit, and clearly document security vulnerabilities with actionable remediation guidance

Produce executive‑ready reports and communicate findings to business users and C‑suite stakeholders

Stay current on emerging threats, including AI‑related attack techniques

Required Qualifications

10+ years of cybersecurity experience, and 5 years primarily penetration testing.

Strong experience as an Offensive Security Engineer / Penetration Tester / AppSec Engineer

Significant hands‑on experience in Azure cloud security testing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

AI security experience (highly preferred)

OSCP and/or CISSP certifications (strong nice‑to‑have)

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Toronto, ON.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00/yr.

Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Toronto, ON.
