Overview

Position function:

Reporting to the Revenue and Pricing Manager within the FP&A & Revenue Management team, the Revenue Management Analyst supports pricing execution, revenue optimization, margin analysis, and pricing governance across Canada and the USA. Scope:

This role supports the FP&A & Revenue Management and Commercial function by managing pricing operations, maintaining pricing governance, delivering revenue and margin insights, and supporting cross-functional commercial decision-making. Major tasks and duties

Process and validate daily pricing requests for resale products, blends, and custom formulations. Maintain accurate pricing data and support price book governance for Canada and the USA. Review and resolve missing/incorrect pricing on sales orders to ensure accurate revenue recognition. Manage Trade Agreements (TAs) and ensure compliance with pricing and margin governance. Conduct pricing, cost, and margin analysis to identify risks and opportunities. Support FP&A with insights that influence forecasting and performance reviews. Partner with Procurement, Sales, Regulatory, and Customer Service to ensure accuracy on costing and pricing. Prepare weekly pending quote reports and support development of revenue dashboards and KPIs. Support transfer pricing work between Canada and USA. Knowledge/Skills and Experience

2–5 years of experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. Strong analytical mindset with experience in Pricing, FP&A, or revenue management. Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail. Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (e.g., D365) preferred. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
