Key Responsibilities
Client Enablement & Training
Educate clients and internal stakeholders on best practices in data use, and deliver sessions on interpreting dashboards and metrics. Run sessions with clients to help build and understand the various functionalities enabled by the data solutions across industries.
Consulting & Insights Delivery
Lead platform analysis to identify critical performance opportunities for clients (benchmarking, growth potential, etc.). Scope and define novel data solutions based on client business needs and support commercial teams in communicating product offering.
Client Data Onboarding & Integration
Guide the mapping and documentation of client data to the XP data model, ensuring integrations are structured for effective reporting and targeting functionality. Work with client teams to reconcile our data with theirs, ensuring a high standard of accuracy is achieved and maintained.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work with Product and Data teams to feed back client requirements and share reusable insight frameworks with Services teams. Partner with Solutions function to ensure technical and use-case focused work is able to integrate and support our clients’ needs.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Analytical and Consultative Balance
Demonstrated ability to blend analytical rigor with a consultative approach, translating complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong Communication Skills for Non-Technical Stakeholders
Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts and data insights in a clear, concise, and understandable manner to a non-technical audience, fostering effective collaboration and informed decision-making. Consistent in documenting work, and using internal governance tools such as Jira/Confluence/Git.
Comfort Working Across Commercial and Technical Teams
Adept in collaborating seamlessly with both commercial and technical teams, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation, and ensuring alignment across various departments.
Familiarity with CRM/CDP Data
Experience utilizing various BI tools to visualize data, build interactive dashboards, and generate reports. The ability to understand, articulate, and consult on stakeholder needs in the visualization space is paramount, making recommendations about analytical approach to support client growth.
Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) Tools
Proficiency in utilizing various BI tools to visualize data, build interactive dashboards, and generate reports that effectively communicate performance insights and support strategic decision-making. Ability to understand and articulate stakeholder needs in the visualisation space, and make recommendations about analytical approach to support client growth.
Technical Data Familiarity
A working understanding of SQL is beneficial for querying and manipulating data to aid in analysis and preparation. Exposure to additional data processing concepts (e.g., Python scripts) is a plus, but this is not a development role.
