Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Senior Product Manager – Technical to lead the development of innovative solutions in third-party and first-party Audio and Video measurement. This role will play a key part in helping advertisers measure, analyze, and optimize their advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads. By delivering performance reporting and actionable insights, our team empowers global advertisers to connect their media investments with customer outcomes. Responsibilities As a key member of the Audio and Video Measurement team, you will define the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technical solutions designed to help advertisers evaluate their campaign performance across both third‑party and first‑party measurement frameworks. You help advertisers understand the effectiveness of their campaigns, identify optimization opportunities, and drive tangible business outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include working backward from the customer to identify needs, partnering with engineering to build scalable event‑driven architectures to process billions of impressions and conversions daily, and driving adoption through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will work closely with third‑party measurement vendors and internal first‑party measurement systems to report and optimize on key metrics for Audio and Video advertising. Within Amazon, you will collaborate across multiple engineering, data science, and design teams to build robust, data‑driven reporting products. Ideal candidates have deep experience in industry standard digital campaign measurement (e.g. brand lift, offline sales lift), and Streaming TV and Audio measurement (incremental reach, attention, online engagement). Exceptional candidates are deep in both third‑party measurement methodologies and first‑party measurement frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering data‑driven products at scale, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

2+ years of end to end product delivery experience

5+ years of technical product or program management experience

Bachelor's degree

Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience managing technical products or online services

Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Benefits The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
