Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities

Direct and control construction projects Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities Evaluate construction projects when modifying commercial, transportation or recreational facilities and real estate Identify customers’ needs Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility Plan and organize the operations of the facilities and the included real estate Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility Recommend products or services to customers Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service Prepare and administer sales contracts Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems Plan and manage the facility's operations budget Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment Resolve product and service related problems Troubleshoot problems related to equipment Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists Organize and maintain inventory Supervision
