About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Middleware Specialist to support the Employment Services (IES) program on the EOIS platform serving nearly one million Ontario clients. Our ideal candidate has 10+ years of hands‑on experience with IBM WebSphere, Curam, Adobe Experience Manager, Oracle, and RedHat Linux, plus deep Azure Cloud administration expertise including Docker implementation across App Service, Spring App Service, and AKS. They will excel in every phase—from technical design and CI/CD pipeline deployment to ongoing cloud operations support, build‑book development, and knowledge transfer—ensuring high availability, backup/recovery, and production reliability for mission‑critical employment services.
Collaborating with LTC Operations Maintenance and Support Branch teams, the specialist must configure VNet/load balancing, implement monitoring with App Insights/Azure Monitor, and manage RBAC across Azure resources. The ideal candidate demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible), Azure AD governance, and container orchestration. They must execute strategically, balancing production/non‑production environment builds with comprehensive support documentation without service disruptions.
This role acts as Azure Administrator for LTC's cloud‑based EO & IES operations.
What You'll Do
Build, deploy, and support Azure cloud environments for EOIS platform through CI/CD pipelines.
Must Haves
10+ years IBM WebSphere, Curam, Adobe Experience Manager, Oracle, RedHat Linux.
Implement Docker images using Azure App Service, Azure Spring App Service, Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
Implement monitoring using App Insights, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics.
Key Deliverables
Contribute to ongoing support activities.
Technical design of cloud environments.
Build/deploy new environments.
Ongoing cloud support.
Develop build books/support guides; knowledge transfer/training.

Data protection (File/Folder, VM backups).
Monitoring (App Insights, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).
Governance (Azure Policy, AD identities, Subscriptions, RBAC).
