Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities:

- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.

- Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.

- Enter and maintain invoice data in the accounting system.

- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.

- Reconcile accounts payable transactions.

- Assist in month-end closing procedures.

- Maintain vendor files and correspondence.

- Address and resolve vendor inquiries and disputes.

- Generate reports related to accounts payable activities. TMGCT

Job Requirements: Must Have:

- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.

-3-way invoice matching.

-Experience processing high volume AP invoices on a weekly basis.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of general accounting principles.

- High level of integrity and confidentiality. Education/Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance
