Territory Team Lead

Junk King Calgary, the city’s leading full-service junk removal company, is looking for a Territory Team Lead to take ownership of daily operations in the field while leading by example. Your Responsibilities

Lead and support a truck team on daily jobs

Safely operate company trucks to and from job sites

Oversee job execution, including estimating, loading, and sorting materials

Deliver outstanding customer service and handle payments when required

Coach and mentor team members to maintain high standards

Ensure safety procedures, truck cleanliness, and professional appearance

Communicate effectively with dispatch and management

Take ownership of job performance, efficiency, and upsell opportunities

Have a valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record

Have leadership experience or are ready to step into a leadership role

Are reliable, punctual, and accountable

Can independently lift up to 50-100 lbs

Thrive in a fast‑paced, physical work environment

Have strong communication and customer service skills

Can work weekends when required

$20/hour + tips + performance bonuses
