Production Manager/Director

Your Role * Lead manufacturing and assembly processes in a Lean production environment. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance output and quality. * Plan production schedules and create clear work instructions. * Identify and implement cost saving initiatives. * Oversee new product introduction (NPI) with engineering, from design through assembly. * Select and purchase production equipment. * Address operational challenges with structured problem solving. * Hire, train, and mentor production staff. * Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs). * Ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards and all health and safety regulations. Your Profile * University degree or college diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management. * Significant experience in Lean manufacturing (Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus). * Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Fully bilingual (French/English). * Lives within reasonable commuting distance of Pointe-Claire.
