What is the Opportunity? As a Senior Manager, Quality Engineering you will lead and be responsible for all activities related to quality engineering integration testing strategy and execution. This includes driving shift left quality engineering adoption with automation, artificial intelligence, performance testing of project delivery and operational excellence through quality improvements. You will provide leadership and guidance to a quality engineering team while championing best practices, quality improvements and AI-enabled testing and quality metrics. We are seeking an enthusiastic leader with a client focused mindset, and a forward-thinker with a passion for driving change and past hands‑on experience with DevOps pipeline, test automation and project delivery. What will you do?

Accountable for execution of the organization’s quality engineering strategy and portfolio roadmap and quality best practices.

Lead and provide management to a team during test planning, execution delivery and transformation across a portfolio of projects and technology systems.

Lead the team to drive adoption of AI–driven testing solution and integrate tools into the CI/CD pipelines to improve test coverage, quality and achieve optimization.

Collaborate and build strong relationships with business, operations, technology teams and external partners; and participate in all phases of the project life cycles and operational maintenance activities.

Understand the strategic imperatives of the organization and our department and identify opportunities to further those objectives within the team.

Remain abreast with emerging technologies to drive test innovation and adopt best practices and provide guidance to QE practitioners on testing methodologies.

Provide people management to a quality engineering team, while implementing strategies to retain talent and foster a high performing team in an inclusive environment.

Be an excellent communicator with the ability to work closely with business, technology and vendors and thoroughly understand technical concepts and tailor communication based on the intended audience.

What do you need to succeed? Must Have:

Must be a University/College graduate from Computer Science or Engineering program.

Prior people manager experience with overall 5-7 years’ experience on projects of varying complexities, with in-depth understanding of the SDLC process.

Hands on experience with development or automation with expertise in variety of test automation.

Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple concurring project priorities and competing demands. Experience with estimation, budgeting and forecasting for project delivery.

Passionately embraces and leveraged AI technologies with a desire to challenge the status quo in a constructive.

Experience with CI/CD pipeline and DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Helios, functional, integration and performance testing.

Nice-to-have

Frameworks/tools – Robot Framework, TestNG, Junit, SoapUI, Selenium, Rest Assure, Jenkins, Maven) and script development using scripting languages (Python, Bash), web services and API testing – REST API and SOAP, Code inspection tool knowledge (SonarQube).

Experience with Containerizations tools like OpenShift, Dockers, AWS ECS.

Experience using test optimization, performance monitoring tools.
