About The Role Second Nature Designs LP is a premier provider of exquisite dried floral decor. Our innovative designs and high‑quality products have made us a leader in the industry. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our market presence. As a Sales Representative specializing in dried floral decor, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your expertise in the floral décor, grocery, or related industry will be essential in presenting our products to potential customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research specific to a relevant category, ideally floral décor.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Present and demonstrate our dried floral decor products, addressing customer needs and objections.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

Travel throughout North America to visit customers and leads.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the floral décor, grocery, or related industry/category.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently. We are looking for hunters that are highly motivated to grow.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Ability to understand and articulate complex products/services.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
