Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor teams of cloud platform engineers, providing technical guidance and career development Design enterprise grade cloud architectures and platform solutions that align with customer business objectives Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for cloud platform engineering teams Conduct architecture reviews and provide strategic technical direction for complex cloud implementations Drive adoption of cloud native technologies, microservices architectures, and modern platform engineering practices Customer Engagement & Solution Delivery

Work on site at customer locations to understand business requirements and technical constraints Lead discovery sessions and architectural workshops with customer stakeholders and technical teams Present technical solutions and recommendations to C level executives and senior leadership Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic customer engagements Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical solutions and implementation roadmaps Platform Strategy & Governance

Establish cloud governance frameworks, security policies, and compliance standards Design and implement Policy as Code strategies to ensure consistent governance across environments Lead FinOps initiatives to optimize cloud costs and establish cost governance practices Define observability and monitoring strategies to ensure platform reliability and performance Drive DevSecOps transformation and security automation across customer environments Seniority level
