Job Description
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of SAP R/3 implementation and development experience (version 4.5 and higher) involving at least three end-to-end SAP implementations
Experience in writing new and modifying existing ABAP reports, user exits, BADIs and dialogue programming
Experience with defining and coding conversions and interfaces using LSMW, BAPI, IDOC, BDC, and call transaction update methods
Experience in trouble shooting, performance tuning, writing technical specifications from functional design specifications
Experience in executing and writing technical test script documentation
Ability to mentor and coach more junior resources
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with other programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, XML, HTML and UNIX Shell
Experience with middleware tools such as Microsoft Biztalk, Mercator and WMQI
Experience in SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PS is beneficial
Post-implementation support experience
Bachelor's Degree with additional business certification is highly preferred
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Experience in working with remote teams
Ability to manage small development teams of 2-5 developers
Ability to handle multiple clients and multiple tasks with confidence
Ability to develop project estimates and work plans
Ability to complete tasks within budget and timelines
Ability to follow development processes, standards, and guidelines
Knowledge or experience with CMM is beneficial
NetWeaver XIand/or SAP ABAP certification
