Our Toronto-based client, the leading luxury brand in their sector, is seeking a President for the Canadian business. The President will lead the company’s strategic direction, performance, and culture, with oversight of all key functions and teams. This leader will strengthen the operating model, elevate customer and team experiences, and ensure strong, sustainable profitability. A critical dimension of the mandate is developing talent and preparing the organization for scale.
Strategic Leadership
Set and execute the long-range strategic plan.
Drive expansion and secure new management contracts.
Strengthen the brand and competitive differentiation.
Oversee operating and corporate P&L, ensuring margin and NOI targets are met.
Governance and oversight to customer experience service standards.
Support and develop leadership team.
Drive efficiency through technology and process improvement.
People & Culture
Develop strong leaders and build internal succession capability.
Champion the company\'s values and a high trust, high engagement culture.
Support HR strategies that enhance retention, learning, and performance.
WHO YOU ARE
15+ years of senior operating experience in multi-unit hospitality, retail, or similar sectors.
Executive/C‑suite leader with responsibility for $250M+ revenue operations.
Proven track record scaling multi-site businesses during growth and transformation.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to lead both strategy and execution.
Passionate, compassionate, decisive, and inspiring.
Skilled at building leaders, teams, and culture in dynamic environments.
