Job Description
Manage and supervise a team of production in butchery & seafood department in various outlets.
Monitor store inventory and manage food quality.
Ensure can meet production schedule and target.
Improve product standards and hygiene
Maintain good customer relationships.
Safe Handling and maintaining of butchery machinery equipment eg: bandsaw/ meat grinder
Attend call backs and emergency duties as when required.
Able to work in cold environment.
Able to use Computer
Experience working in food production or in an industrial kitchen.
Must comply with SFA Food Hygiene standard and Factory cleanliness are always maintained.
Ensure quality control by checking our products during production & delivery.
