Responsibilities
Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Project management
Organize conferences and meetings
Develop and promote new food products
Complete detailed inspection documentation
Collect and record data
Assess business opportunities and develop strategies
Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
Professionalism in customer service
Provide customer service
Recommend operational changes to ensure that production quotas and procedures are met
Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
Prepare reports and recommendations
Participate in staff meetings
Examine and verify the accuracy of work
Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet business requirements
