We’re looking for our next Senior Manager, Product Marketing. Could It Be You?

The Senior Manager, Product Marketing owns the end‑to‑end B2B marketing strategy, from annual planning to the execution of high‑impact campaigns that drive Questbank’s core business objectives.

As the Senior Manager, Product Marketing for Questbank, you will strategically define and lead comprehensive marketing, communications, and event initiatives to drive business growth. You will manage critical national partnerships, champion broker engagement programs, and collaborate with key stakeholders to accelerate acquisition, retention, and expansion. From strategic ideation to in‑depth performance analysis, you will oversee the full campaign lifecycle, ensuring all activities align with the evolving objectives of the B2B line of business.

As the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, you will serve as a strategic leader driving growth and engagement for the Questbank B2B line of business. In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Strategic Leadership & Campaign Management

Own the End-to-End Campaign Lifecycle : Lead the design, delivery, and optimization of high‑impact marketing campaigns, defining success through rigorous KPIs and providing actionable insights through deep‑dive performance analysis.

Architect B2B Strategy : Define and execute the comprehensive marketing, communications, and events strategy for the B2B suite of products, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.

Elevate Event Impact : Develop and oversee multi‑channel communication strategies for industry events to drive high‑level awareness and engagement within the broker community.

Maximize Marketing ROI : Establish sophisticated measurement frameworks to track the direct impact of B2B initiatives on business growth and campaign effectiveness.

Partnership & Program Growth

Manage National Partnerships : Serve as the primary point of contact for national partnership programs, collaborating closely with the Head of Sales to maximize mutual value and growth.

Champion Broker Engagement : Lead the marketing strategy for QuestAdvantage, Questbank’s premier partner recognition program, to increase broker loyalty and program adoption.

Enable Business Development : Partner with the Business Development team to implement awareness strategies that clearly articulate Questbank’s value proposition to the partner community.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Cross-Functional Integration : Work as a strategic consultant to internal business partners, translating their business plans into actionable marketing tactics and leveraging data‑driven insights to inform future roadmaps.

Governance & Compliance : Act as the lead for internal documentation review, coordinating with Legal and Compliance to ensure all customer‑facing materials meet regulatory standards.

Agile Project Leadership : Lead and manage high-priority ad hoc projects and Questbank readiness initiatives, ensuring the business is prepared for market shifts and product launches.

Have 8+ years’ experience in marketing/brand management, or product marketing

Have a strong understanding of various marketing channels and how they contribute to a holistic engagement strategy

Have in-depth knowledge of CRM principles, best practices, and tools. Experience with Braze is preferred

Possess a growth mindset, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem‑solving, embracing innovation, and continuously striving for improvement

Have proven data‑driven decision‑making skills, with extensive experience in identifying actionable insights to optimize strategies

Have exceptional communication skills, being a confident and clear communicator adept at presenting complex ideas concisely to various stakeholders and audiences

Demonstrate strong strategic partnership development abilities and are skilled at cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with stakeholders to achieve shared business objectives

Have proficiency with social media channels as they relate to brand communication

Are a strong collaborator, excelling at building stakeholder relationships and proactively seeking input from others to overcome challenges and refine strategies

Have the ability to be adaptable and manage complex projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for prioritization

Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of online community platforms and best practices, with a passion for staying current on communications, social and content marketing trends

Have solid understanding of how to build trust and influence cross‑functional stakeholders across the organization

Have excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail

Have a keen interest in or experience in the financial services and/or banking industry is preferred

Compensation Information:

Base salary range: $140,000 - $175,000

The final compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada). It includes a comprehensive benefits plan and a competitive incentive (bonus) program for Full‑Time Permanent roles.
