Job Description
About Fullscript
We’re an industry-leading health technology company on a mission to help people get better. We started in 2011 with one simple idea. Make it easier for practitioners to access the products they trust so they can deliver better care. That simple idea grew into a platform that powers every part of care. Today, more than 125,000 practitioners use Fullscript for clinical insights, lab interpretations, patient analytics, education, and access to high-quality supplements. Over 10 million patients rely on Fullscript to stay connected to their care plans and follow through on treatment. We build tools that make care smarter and more human. Tools that save time, simplify decisions, and help practitioners stay closely connected to the people they care for. When everything they need is in one place, they can focus on what matters most: helping people get better.
This is your invitation.
Bring your ideas, your grit, and your care for people. Join us and shape the future of care. We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist, Revenue & Financial Performance to partner closely with Finance and senior leadership to drive clarity, accountability, and insight into Fullscript’s revenue and margin performance. This role sits within our Analytics & Data Science organization and works directly with Finance and executive stakeholders to understand, explain, and forecast business performance. You will be responsible for analyzing revenue trends and their underlying drivers, improving performance transparency, and supporting investment and planning decisions with rigorous, structured analysis. This is a highly visible, executive-facing role for someone who combines deep analytical skill with strong business judgment and storytelling ability.
What You’ll Do
Partner directly with Finance and executive leaders to analyze and explain revenue performance and margin trends
Decompose revenue and contribution performance into underlying drivers (e.g., volume, conversion, pricing, mix, cohort behavior)
Build driver-based frameworks and performance models that improve forecasting, planning, and business accountability
Develop scalable performance monitoring tools and structured reporting frameworks
Support capital allocation and investment decisions through scenario modeling and ROI analysis
Translate complex analyses into clear, executive-ready narratives that explain not just what happened, but why (and what to do next)
Operate independently in a high-trust, high-autonomy environment
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in data science, revenue analytics, financial analytics, or quantitative business roles
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R, with comfort working directly in large analytical datasets
Experience analyzing revenue, margin, or financial performance in SaaS, eCommerce, marketplace, healthcare, or scaled digital businesses
Experience building driver-based models, forecasting frameworks, and structured performance analyses
Strong understanding of how growth, product usage, and operational drivers connect to revenue and contribution margin
Experience influencing senior stakeholders through clear communication and structured thinking
Comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-moving environment
Bonus if you have:
Experience working closely with FP&A or strategic finance teams
Experience building metric trees or driver-based performance frameworks
Exposure to BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
Background in forecasting, scenario modeling, or advanced financial modeling
What We Can Offer You
Flexible PTO & competitive pay
RRSP match (CAD) & stock options
Customizable benefits — flexible coverage, paramedical services, and an HSA
Flexible benefits package and additional perks
Employee discount on Fullscript catalog of products for family & friends
Continuous learning — training budget + company-wide initiatives
Wherever You Work Well — hybrid and remote flexibility
