What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Partner with business leadership to deliver tailored technology solutions

Serve as the primary IT contact for assigned portfolios, building relationships with department heads

Lead the intake process for new project requests using the Jira framework

Maintain a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with corporate strategy and budget cycles

Manage stakeholder expectations throughout project lifecycles and act as an escalation point for service delivery issues

What is Required (Qualifications):

10+ years of experience in IT management, business analysis, or relationship management, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role

Proven experience working with business operation teams, particularly in Financial, Legal, Procurement, and HR areas

Strong strategic thinking skills to translate complex business problems into technical requirements

Proficiency in managing portfolios within Jira; familiarity with financial planning tools like Anaplan is a plus

Exceptional communication skills to provide clear options and solutions to executive leadership

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience leading innovation initiatives, including AI strategies, from concept to production

Background in roles such as Business Relationship Management, IT Business Partner, Product Management, or Operational Leadership

Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate challenging project shifts
