Corporate Services Clerks

to help with our continued growth and contribute to our future. Please Note:

We are seeking candidates who are interested and available to work the hours of 12pm - 8pm EST or 10am - 6pm EST Monday through Friday. In this position, you will provide support to ESCโ€™s customers in processing, organizing, and reporting due diligence searches. This includes conducting corporate due diligences searches across multiple jurisdictions, reviewing results and providing accurate reporting to clients and more. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, other highlights include: Responsibilities

Providing our clients with assistance in ordering searches including securities, PPSA, litigation, corporate searches, and NUANS requests. Assist in the flow of day-to-day operations, with a focus on ensuring orders are fulfilled and completed within SLAโ€™s. Taking care of level one client escalations in your subject matter area. Answering phone calls from clients: answering questions, providing needed information, explaining the different services offered and related fees. Provide support to clients on our online platforms. Follow-up of files sent to ministries and agents. Invoicing all the different services rendered by the department. Build deep knowledge of services offered by other departments. Qualifications

What youโ€™ll need: Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent education. 1-2 years of experience working in an office or legal environment. Experience with PPSA, Corporate & Land title registry is an asset. Ability to speak, write and read in French and English fluently is an asset. Please note:
