– Sr. Product Manager – Traveltech: strong API/interline airline experience required

The Opportunity
As Product Manager, you will define and execute the vision for one of our core product offerings. You will drive development, optimize product economics, and partner cross‑functionally to ensure delivery and innovation. You will lead two self‑managed Product Owners and shape the product’s future.
Key Responsibilities
Define the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
Translate strategy into actionable development tasks.
Own end‑to‑end product development, from architecture through launch.
Lead the Product Owner and analysts; oversee sprint execution and backlog prioritization.
Manage product P&L, focusing on unit economics and efficiency.
Maintain quality and delivery standards for internal technical teams.
Track and act on key KPIs to measure feature impact.
Lead R&D initiatives, including A/B testing, with ML and Data Science teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user and client needs.
Identify process improvements and stay competitive through market analysis.
Recruit, onboard, and mentor direct reports.
Model and promote organizational leadership and culture.
Requirements
5+ years of well‑rounded travel industry experience (NDC, GDS, OTA) focused on flights.
Strategic thinker with strong decision‑making skills.
Experience in data‑driven decision making, statistics, and market research.
Result‑oriented delivery under fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
Influential, proactive leader with solid business acumen.
Expertise in APIs and technical product development.
Exceptional organizational, project management, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset focused on culture building.
Strong problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills.
Team‑player with leadership drive and commitment to employee development.
Deep research expertise.
Balance user needs with business goals, while validating assumptions.
