Job Summary Reporting directly to the Presidents and the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the overall performance of the organization.

They Act As The Executive Conductor, Responsible For

achieving financial objectives,

operational excellence,

division integration,

organizational discipline,

and the delivery of strategic projects.

The role requires a leader capable of combining strategic vision and operational mastery in a multi-site, 24/7 environment.

Strategic Responsibilities Performance and Value Creation

Ensuring the achievement of financial targets approved by the board.

Establish a culture of accountability based on robust performance indicators.

Optimize margins, productivity, and organizational efficiency.

Identify and activate levers for sustainable growth.

Governance and Executive Discipline

Ensure structured accountability: Weekly operational report,

Monthly performance report,

Comprehensive quarterly strategic and financial report.

Maintain high standards of governance and risk management.

Provide the board with a clear, analytical, and forward‑looking view of performance.

Leadership and Mobilization Lead a multidisciplinary management team. Conduct weekly strategic follow‑up meetings with detailed dashboards. Establish a culture of performance, accountability, and excellence. Make the difficult decisions necessary for the organization's sustainability and competitiveness.

Operational Excellence in the Field Maintain an active and consistent presence within the network (Quebec City Region, Montreal Region, Gatineau, and others to come). Improve the patient experience and the flow of operations. Quickly correct discrepancies and implement structural solutions.

Development and Expansion Lead expansion and integration projects. Actively participate in strategic negotiations. Manage complex cases, including litigation and regulatory issues. Identify new growth opportunities.

Desired Profile Education

Bachelor's degree in science or engineering (required)

MBA or equivalent (required)

Experience More than 10 years of experience as a general manager in a national or international organization (required) Over 1,000 employees. Management of complex, multi‑site, and highly regulated environments. Proven track record of performance improvement and organizational transformation.

$300,000 to $500,000 , depending on experience and performance.
