Senior Transformation Analyst

Overview Transformation Analyst — Systems & Process Improvement Salary: $140,000 – $165,000

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Transformation Analyst to help modernize systems, streamline workflows, and drive measurable operational improvement across a professional services organization. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, influencing stakeholders, and turning strategy into practical execution.

In this position, you will evaluate current processes and technology, lead system upgrade initiatives, and partner with leadership and business teams to implement scalable solutions. You will translate operational challenges into clear recommendations, build support for change, and ensure improvements are adopted successfully across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical ability with a hands-on mindset. You are comfortable working directly with users, identifying pain points, and designing better workflows—not just proposing ideas but implementing them. You can communicate effectively with both executives and frontline staff and are skilled at gaining buy-in for change initiatives.

What You Bring

Experience leading or supporting system upgrades and process improvements

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to assess business operations and recommend practical solutions

CRM expertise, including automation and workflow optimization

Background in professional services, financial services, banking, or credit unions (preferred)
