Job Description A Senior Production Designer delivers high-quality work independently while supporting team growth. They are trusted to handle complex projects, provide solutions, and elevate brand standards across initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own production quality across multiple deliverables and channels, ensuring brand and technical accuracy.

Work independently on complex projects with minimal guidance while providing thoughtful options and solutions.

Communicate effectively with the account teams to ensure alignment.

Improve templates, workflows, and production processes to strengthen team output.

Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing knowledge and elevating execution standards.

Anticipate and resolve design or production issues proactively.

Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in design tools and animation platforms (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, animation platforms, etc.).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Effective communicator with internal multidisciplinary teams and occasionally present work to client as needed.

Thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.

Able to thrive in a high pressure, detail-oriented environment.

Sets and models high standards for creativity, quality, and efficiency.

Additional Information Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD $65,000-75,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
