What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Build and deepen relationships with MFDA advisors, promoting awareness and adoption of investment strategies

Execute a disciplined, territory-based approach to advisor coverage and sales activity

Deliver high-quality advisor education through meetings, presentations, and events

Collaborate with the National Accounts team to align field execution with dealer strategies

Represent the employer at industry events, acting as an ambassador for the investment philosophy

What is Required (Qualifications)

10+ years of experience in asset management or financial services sales, specifically with MFDA advisors

Strong understanding of the MFDA landscape, including dealer structures and compliance

Proven ability to drive advisor adoption and asset growth within dealer platforms

Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills

CSC required; additional designations like CIM, CFA, or CAIA are assets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience selling alternative or differentiated investment strategies

Bilingual (French/English) is a strong asset

Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently
