Senior Financial Analyst

to join their finance team. This is a hybrid role providing exposure to complex financial operations in the banking and insurance sectors, focusing on

month-end close, complex reconciliations, and financial reporting . Responsibilities

Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Perform complex reconciliations across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data. Analyze financial results and resolve discrepancies across platforms. Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management. Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology to optimize workflows and processes. Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, preferably in banking or insurance. CPA or CA designation (or in progress) required. Strong month-end close, journal entry, and reconciliation experience. Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis; Power BI experience is a plus. Exposure to ERP implementations or financial system projects is an asset. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly. Why This Role
