Solicitor/Legal Fee Earner

We're seeking a senior solicitor with natural leadership skills to take charge and head up a flourishing Commercial Property department of a legal practice with an excellent reputation. As the leader of this dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to shape its future, foster strong client relationships and guide your team towards continued success and growth.

Responsibilities

Manage various commercial property transactions to include investments, acquisitions and disposals, development, construction, landlord and tenant matters and more

Help to ensure all deadlines and expectations are met in line with objectives

Support colleagues within the department as well as liaise with existing and new clients

Provide training and mentoring to junior staff members

Requirements

Extensive experience in commercial property and ideally in agricultural matters

A strategic thinker who thrives in high-pressure situations and relentlessly pursues goals

Natural ability to form and maintain professional connectionsA leader who is capable of inspiring and elevating teams to excellence
