What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Architect scalable data solutions by designing and maintaining data tables and models in Snowflake

Develop reusable tools, including dashboards and visualizations, to empower business users with actionable insights

Provide strategic insights by analyzing complex data sets and presenting findings to senior management

Drive continuous improvements in analytics infrastructure by collaborating with product, finance, and engineering teams

Mentor and lead other analysts, promoting best practices and enhancing team quality and efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications)

8+ years of experience as a product or product analyst, with a bachelor’s degree in a business or quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience)

Experience in the technology industry, preferably within a direct-to-consumer business

Advanced SQL expertise, preferably with Snowflake

Strong skills in clickstream data and web analytics

Proven experience in building scalable dashboards using ThoughtSpot or similar BI tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor)

Executive communication skills with a track record of presenting to VP+ audiences

Strong business acumen and systems-thinking ability
