Enable and support DevOps and Agile delivery practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated environment provisioning, and deployment processes across development, test, and staging environments.
Oversee and contribute to infrastructure automation and configuration management, leveraging scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to improve consistency, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Support change and release management processes (ITIL), ensuring infrastructure readiness, environment stability, and smooth service transitions for application releases.
Monitor and assess infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity within non-production environments, identifying risks or issues and driving remediation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with peer technology teams, lines of business, and third-party vendors to ensure infrastructure services effectively support integration testing, platform stability, and delivery objectives.
