About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Growth to shape and lead Fresh Prep’s new customer acquisition strategy across our performance and mid-funnel channels, with a particular focus on paid social (Meta), affiliates, influencer, and print, while supporting broader media planning.
This is a high-impact role with meaningful influence over strategy, execution, budgets, and results.
You will be responsible for driving efficient, scalable customer acquisition, by owning channel performance, improving conversion, creative performance, and overall funnel efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing
Acquisition Strategy & Budget Ownership
Shape Fresh Prep’s new customer acquisition strategy, setting acquisition budgets, channel mix, and investment priorities
Responsible for strategic budget allocation across performance and mid-funnel channels
Manage day‑to‑day budget, pacing, and forecasting
Support annual and quarterly planning cycles with clear performance insights and scenario modelling
Channel Ownership & Performance
Lead execution and performance across:
Paid social (Meta) (primary performance driver)
Affiliates and partnerships
Influencer and creator‑led acquisition
Print and offline acquisition levers
Support planning, measurement, and optimization of mid‑funnel channels including Video, OOH, DRTV, audio, sponsorships, and partnerships
Manage agencies and vendors where applicable
Creative Strategy & Testing
Lead direct‑response creative strategy and experimentation, especially on Meta
Build structured creative testing frameworks (angles, formats, hooks, offers)
Partner with Brand to ensure performance learnings inform broader creative development
CRO & Funnel Optimization
Partner closely with the Growth Product Manager to improve conversion across landing pages and sign‑up flows
Use channel and creative insights to inform CRO priorities and experimentation
Help close the loop between media, creative, and on‑site performance
Unit Economics & Decision Making
Maintain a strong understanding of CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and payback by channel
Evaluate performance through an incrementality and efficiency lens
Use data to inform confident recommendations on where to scale, hold, or pull back investment
Leadership & Collaboration
Manage and develop one direct report
Act as a senior operator and thought partner within the Growth team
Work cross‑functionally with Brand, Product, Analytics, and Finance to align strategy and execution
Who You Are
5+ years of relevant experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in subscription, DTC, or consumer tech
Hands‑on experience with Meta (account structure, creative testing, scaling, attribution)
Experience contributing to acquisition strategy and budget planning
Strong background in direct‑response creative testing and scaling
Clear understanding of unit economics and marketing efficiency
Experience working across both performance and mid‑funnel channels
Comfort with managing meaningful budgets, forecasting, trade‑offs, and making trade‑offs across channels
Experience collaborating closely with Brand, Product, UX, and Analytics
What You Can Expect
Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 per year
