Responsibilities

Provide legal analysis and strategic advice in litigation matters, with a focus on specialty lines of insurance, coverage, subrogation, product liability, professional liability, transportation, civil litigation and commercial general liability

Manage coverage and litigation files in collaboration with partners, from initial assessment through pleadings, motions, discoveries, mediations, pre‑trials, and trials

Maintain strong relationships with insurers and insured clients

Appear in court, independently or with partners, to argue motions and attend pre‑trials, mediations, and hearings

Assist with, or independently conduct, trial preparations and represent clients at trials

Requirements

2–5 years of litigation experience

Experience in insurance coverage matters is an asset, but not required.

Flexible work arrangements available (hybrid or remote).
