Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Azure Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions using Microsoft Azure services. The ideal candidate will have experience in big data ecosystems, lakehouse architecture, and modern cloud-based analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Develop and manage data pipelines using:

Azure Data Factory

Azure Databricks

Azure Synapse Analytics

Implement data storage solutions such as:

Azure Data Lake

Azure SQL Database

Azure Cosmos DB

Work with Hadoop ecosystem components and lakehouse architecture.

Perform data integration, transformation, and migration from multiple data sources to Azure.

Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across Azure data platforms.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows for performance and cost efficiency.

Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather and implement data requirements.

Automate data processing and reporting tasks using Azure tools and scripting languages.

Document data architectures, processes, and best practices.

Stay current with emerging Azure data services and recommend improvements.
