Director, Product Marketing - Auth0 at Okta We are seeking a Product Marketing leader to drive Auth0’s market positioning, narrative, and go-to-market strategies across the Auth0 portfolio, including emerging bets such as Agentic AI. This role requires strong technical credibility, the ability to work with developers and executives, and a bias for action in a fast-paced environment. The Opportunity

Auth0 sits at the intersection of developer experience, security, and identity. You will lead Auth0’s next chapter of growth, owning the portfolio from established products to new opportunities, and developing strategies to exceed revenue and developer adoption goals. This is not a "keep the lights on" role. What You’ll Be Doing

Own the Product Narrative: Define and manage the strategic narrative for Auth0. Be the expert on market, customers, and competition to craft compelling positioning and messaging. Lead, Mentor, and Grow a Team: Act as a player-coach, leading a small, high-performing product marketing team. Responsible for hiring, mentoring, and developing talent. Orchestrate High-Impact Launches: Lead GTM execution for Auth0’s most strategic product launches, ensuring alignment and achievement of business goals. Influence the Product Roadmap: Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to influence future Auth0 platform directions with market insights. Deliver the Voice of the Market: Establish frameworks to analyze market trends, competitive threats, and customer feedback; deliver actionable insights to leadership, product, and GTM teams. Build strong partnerships: Collaborate with Product Management to connect roadmap decisions to market opportunity and with Marketing to embed the product story in campaigns. What You’ll Bring

Experience: 15+ years in a product function (e.g., product marketing, product management) in SaaS/enterprise software, with 7+ years in a people management role. Player-Coach Leadership: Proven experience hiring, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams while delivering strategic projects. Deep Technical Credibility: Able to engage deeply with developers, build trust, and influence the product roadmap with market-driven arguments. Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute strategies blending enterprise, sales-led motions with developer-focused product-led growth. Bias for Action: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and move from strategy to implementation quickly. On Target Earnings (OTE) ranges vary by location. For the U.S. locations, the OTE range is $204,000—$306,000 USD. Canadian ranges are stated separately.
