Develop and implements infrastructure maintenance management programmes to maintain buildings, equipment and grounds inclusive of appropriate schedules and procedures with a team of outsourced service partners and specialist contractors.

Manage, schedule and budget CAPEX purchase including develop tender specifications, evaluate bids, negotiate for best prices, cashflow projection, recommend for purchase and execute project management.

Implement facility operation planning programmes to operate facilities and system in a safe and efficient manner include data analytics, evaluate and analyse the performance breakdown repair.

Coordinates new facilities development projects with contractors, in-house architects, engineers and appropriate authorities including generate and monitor cash flow, provide inspections and acceptance activities, submit and present project progress reports.

Able to maintain, enhance and implement facilities Asset management system in supporting and improving FM operations and processes by Resolve recurring system issues and propose enhancements to improve system performance and data integrity.

Perform data analytics such as identifying trends, predicting outcomes and implementing corrective actions to resolve energy wastage and issues, safety and risk management issues including prepare, submit and present investigation report.

Implements contracted services for repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure cost consciousness. Develop quality assurance and inspection procedures to monitor vendor work quality and performance with outsourced service partners.

Job Requirements

Engineering Degree and at least 2 years of relevant working experience.

Working experience in healthcare facilities is an advantage.

Knowledge in building regulations & environmental health & safety requirements pertaining to facilities management.

Team player with excellent project management, supervisory and interpersonal and communication skills.

Independent, proactive, adaptable and works well under pressure.
