Trainer/Solution Implementation Specialist

to support clients in adopting and optimizing their use of our software solutions.

Your Main Responsibilities

Training and Implementation

Train users onsite at client locations.

Deliver online training sessions (French and English)

Conduct classroom-based group training.

Provide comprehensive onboarding for new clients in collaboration with sales representatives.

Ensure a successful rollout for new software implementations.

Planning and Follow-Up

Participate in the planning of new installations.

Perform post-installation follow-ups to ensure user satisfaction and autonomy.

Collaboration and Support

Collaborate with the development and technical support teams to resolve issues and enhance the user experience.

Technical and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills in

French and English .

Ability to analyze, simplify, and solve problems effectively.

Strong client relations skills, both in person and over the phone.

Willingness to quickly learn the

GEM software suite .

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Other Requirements

Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (travel required).

Availability for occasional stays of more than 24 hours at client locations

Working Conditions

Position based in Montreal (office near Pie-IX metro station).

Onsite work required.
