Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role located in Newmarket, ON. The Sales Consultant will assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, provide detailed product knowledge, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Other responsibilities include conducting test drives, preparing purchase paperwork, and building strong, lasting relationships with customers. The position plays a key role in delivering exceptional service and helping customers make confident purchasing decisions.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Customer Satisfaction to understand customer needs and achieve sales goals

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients

Experience in Consulting to provide expert guidance and tailored vehicle recommendations

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of automotive products and market trends is an asset

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or certification is an advantage
